HAD OUR BOILER SERVICED YESTERDAY, ALTHOUGH THE ENGINEER WAS LATE FOR THE SERVICE,BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS JOB OVER-RAN (IT HAPPENS). VERY HAPPY WITH THE ENGINEER, HE WAS VERY POLITE, VERY THOROUGH, AND OVERALL DID A VERY GOOD JOB. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Anton always kept in touch on text as to his arrival time and when he was here he was extremely professional and easy to have around the house. I did look after him with a toasted bacon sandwich and plenty of coffee and biscuits when he was here!

The other thing I think is good for you to know is how complimentary all of the above are about Mulgas and Dave. It is very unusual to have consistent feedback on a company via different people. They are a credit to you but it is also clear Mulgas treat their team extremely well which results in true loyalty.
We are very pleased with the service provided by Mulgas, particularly the very efficient, professional and helpful service received from the engineer who installed our new boiler: Craig Woodley. Craig really did go above and beyond to get the new boiler installed as quickly as possible. We were also very impressed by how quickly Dave Murphy in the office was able to provide a very detailed quote. Our tenants say the new boiler is amazing! Thank you for your super-efficient service – can you pass my thanks to Craig who did a wonderful job in getting this done properly and fitted the hob as well. Plus point is he left the kitchen tidy and in good order as well which is always lovely to come home and not find a building site to deal with. The old boiler (Not me by the way!) was collected and taken away as promised the next day. I am very delighted with the whole service I have received from start to finish and the bits in-between – and this is why I like dealing with Mulgas!
