As a professional landlord I am really happy with the service Mulgas provides. I have used them for gas safety certificates and to fit a new boiler. Everything is made so easy especially as I live out of area so cant always supervise visits. All staff professional and courteous at all times.
Too often people make complaints and rarely remember to compliment. My entire experience with Mulgas has been exceptional. Starting with Dave, whom I liaised with over email, he was prompt to reply, helpful and an honest sounding board for me in my selection of new shower pump. Then the customer service person I spoke to when I needed to change the initial appointment, was helpful, courteous and polite, I failed to take her name unfortunately. And finally George, the technician who came to my house to install the pump, a friendly, prompt and honest worker who did a fabulous installation job and an even better tidy up! b) For the trouble you yourself took in coming out when we subsequently had a mysterious drop in water pressure which you tracked down in conjunction with the water main installer.
